Gluten Free Holy Communion is available at all Masses.
The Rosary
The Rosary will be recited before Mass in Glengoole every Saturday evening.
Eucharistic Adoration
- Glengoole Wed 10am to 2pm
- Gortnahoe Thurs 10am to 1pm.

May Family Mass
May Family Mass takes place next weekend, May 3rd and 4th in both churches. As usual there will be a music practice from half an hour before the start of each mass, and we warmly welcome any children or adults who would like to join us singing.
The Rosary
The Rosary will be recited at Our Lady’s Grotto, Glengoole on weekday evenings at 6pm, Saturday before 6pm Mass and Sunday 12 noon.
Pope Francis RIP
We give thanks for Pope Francis and his life of loving service to the Church. Book of condolences open in Thurles Cathedral until after 11am Mass on Tuesday.
Easter Clergy Collection
Many thanks for your recent contributions to this collection. Parish Target for 2025 is €31,536. Amount taken in to date - €6,925.00. Cheque payments for all Church collections must be made out to “Gortnahoe Parochial Account” and not to the name of the collection. Trocaire: Please return your box/envelope over the coming week.
Divine Mercy Chaplet
Divine Mercy Chaplet concludes this Sunday (Divine Mercy Sunday) in Thurles Cathedral beginning at 2.30pm with Mass at 4pm.
Visitation of the Sick in Nursing Homes or in Hospital
It is the duty of every priest to visit the sick, whether housebound, in nursing homes or in hospital. If you have a family member who is sick in hospital (Kilkenny, Clonmel, Limerick, Dublin, Cork, etc.) or are resident in a nursing home and who, you believe, would appreciate a visit, please ring Fr. Walton or let him know after Mass and he will do his best to visit them.

Ormond Octaves (choir of over 80 members) with special guests Music Generation. A memorable night of song and music in the Cathedral on Friday 2nd May. Proceeds to Cathedral Reroofing Project. Ballysloe Breakfast
Ballysloe Breakfast takes place on day 27th April, 10am to 12.30pm, proceeds for upkeep of the village and sensory garden. South Tipperary Hospice Coffee morning Sun 4th May, 10.30 till 12.
